For over 15 years, I’ve helped people, teams, and institutions rethink what’s possible. My work bridges strategy, identity, and innovation—so leaders and organizations can evolve from performative gestures to powerful, lasting change.

I was raised in PG County, Maryland, grounded in the wisdom of Black Southern lineage and shaped by global entrepreneurship, cultural analysis, and hard-won experience. I've worked inside the systems I now help others transform—from education and nonprofits to corporate and creative sectors.
